Sacramento Beer Week is here! It runs from April 26th – May 5th! Created in 2020, the Rising Together initiative brings our local brewing community together to showcase the talent and innovation of the Sacramento region’s craft brewers. As the official beer of Sacramento Beer Week, several of region’s breweries brewed their version of Rising Together to be released during Sacramento Beer Week. This year, the Sacramento Brewers Showcase collides with May 4th (“May the Fourth”) so each participating brewery will be brewing a beer that represents the Light Side or Dark Side. With our “Beer Flavored Beer” force as our powerful ally, we chose the Light Side and brewed a Cold IPA that we call “Noooo! I am your IPA!” Created using lower fermentation temperatures to showcase low alpha, high oil hop varieties that gush with fruity flavors of peach & tangerine. It has soft mouth feel of a hazy, yet remains crisp & clear beer due to cold fermentation techniques. All Day!
