A special beer dinner with two breweries from the Rockies: Boulder Beer Brewing & Grand Teton Brewing Company. We will have six beers specially paired with a six course meal.

  • Fabian’s Executive Chef Tom Patterson, Matt Berg from Grand Teton, and Andy Rattner from Boulder Beer

Menu:

  • Reception Beer – Sweaty Betty Blond Wheat from Boulder Beer  with beer soaked house made Yukon Gold potato chips with a spicy/sweet aioli
  • First Course – Hazed & Infused Dry Hopped Amber Ale from Boulder Beer with whipper bone marrow bruschetta with capers & balsamic fried cippolini onion
  • Second Course – Sweetgrass American Pale Ale from Grand Teton with beet carpaccio with shaved watermelon radish, blood orange, rocket greens, Sweetgrass APA vinaigrette & spicy pepitas
  • Third Course – Flashback India Brown Ale from Boulder Beer with porcini dusted Ahi tuna slider with green garlic aioli and house made wasabi pickle relish
  • Fourth Course – Pursuit of Hoppiness Imperial Red Ale from Grand Teton with hop smoked local quail with crispy pork belly, trumpet mushrooms and fregola sardinia
  • Dessert – Double Vision Dopplebock from Grand Teton with Dopplebock infused chocolate brownie with salted caramel gelato and smoked bacon brittle
