Enotria is celebrating Sacramento Beer Week with a very special dinner by our favorite host, Dr. Charles Bamforth. A professor of malting and brewing science, Dr. Bamforth is an internationally recognized expert on all things beer. This will be the second time we have worked with Dr Bamforth, whose wit and charm have won us over. Not only is he full of knowledge and insight, he is also endlessly entertaining.

Dr. Bamforth will take us into the fascinating history and nuances of some of his favorite beers. Chef Pajo Bruich and his kitchen will prepare a custom prix fixe menu to accompany Dr. Bamforth’s selections. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
