If you have ever wondered what goes into to brewing great beer, now is your chance to see the process up close and personal at River City Brewing Company.  You have two chances to hang out with Brewmaster Brian as he takes you through the brewing process and offers samples of up to eight of his beers. You can call a manager to sign up for either the 2:30pm or the 4:30pm spot.

Please join the Gold Country Brewers Association and Lockdown Brewing Company at their Rancho Cordova Production/Tasting Room. GCBA will be brewing a Russian Imperial Stout on their 1.5 barrel brew system: Brewery on a Trailer (yes, we’re on a BOAT)! Lockdown Brewing Company will have their beer for sale as GCBA demonstrates how to brew on a BOAT. There may also be a few personal 5 gallon systems running to show how brewing is done on a smaller level.
